Refund & Cancellation Policies

Payment once made will not be refunded. The increased rates, if any, of the Poojas or offerings in force on the proposed date will be applicable and the extra amount should be remitted to the Temple to perform the Pooja. Otherwise the booking(s) will be rejected. The date selected for the Pooja(s) or offering(s) cannot be changed after making the payment. The processing fees or transaction costs, if any, should bear by the card holder and will be charged extra with the Poojas and offerings rate. In case, if any erroneous booking(s) is made for any of the offerings/ Poojas or offerings/Poojas of a particular date or whatever which are reserved by the Temple or any other bookings are already there for the same or any other such problems are occurred, such booking(s)(online booking(s)) will be rejected and the payment made by the card holder will be refunded or it can be postponed to any other available date, according to the decision of the concerned user. We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction, on account of the Card Holder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time. Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in our practices and Services. Disputes (if any) will be subject to Ernakulam jurisdiction
